Privacy

We do not store your text. For each API request we log only metadata — character count, number of entities found, latency and your key reference. The input text and the detected PII itself are never persisted.

Processing. Text is processed in memory by our own model on our own infrastructure to produce the response, then discarded. It is never sent to any third-party AI/LLM provider.

Account data. We store your email, hashed password (or OAuth identity), and billing identifiers needed to run your subscription.

Subprocessors. Cloudflare (hosting, database) and Stripe (payments). EU data residency is available on Enterprise.
